Brand & positioning
Work out what the business should stand for, how it should sound and what makes it easier to choose.

Marketing & Creative
Strategy, creative and digital execution built around a clear idea rather than a pile of disconnected posts, ads and assets.
Marketing gets expensive quickly when every channel is doing its own thing. We build the message first, then make the work around it feel connected.
Work out what the business should stand for, how it should sound and what makes it easier to choose.
Build a clear offer, the creative around it and the path from seeing the campaign to taking action.
Give the brand a recognisable voice and a useful stream of content instead of posting because the calendar says Tuesday.
Campaign visuals, graphics, digital assets and the pieces that make the idea feel consistent wherever it appears.
Selected work · Geelong Leather · 2022
Film & Animation
Geelong Leather asked MAD to create internal onboarding films with animated elements that could hold attention instead of feeling like another compulsory training video. The job combined film, animation and visual storytelling into something clearer and more engaging for employees.
The full onboarding films contain private internal material, so we only show the public snippets that were cleared for the original MAD portfolio.
Selected work · Star Hotel · 2022
Visuals & PhotographyA web developer brought MAD into the Star Hotel project to create the visual material that would bring the finished site to life. The work focused on original venue, hospitality and food imagery with motion content that could carry the same look across the digital experience.
This is the original photography and motion work preserved from the previous MAD portfolio.

Selected work · Grafton Ag · 2023–2024
Branding & Identity
Grafton Ag approached MAD in late 2023 while preparing to launch a new technician business specialising in John Deere machinery in February 2024. The brief was to create a brand that felt grounded in both machinery and agriculture without falling back on a heavy, traditional rural look.
The result was a fresh, minimal identity carried through the logo, colour system, business cards and launch-ready brand visuals.

The exact deliverables change. The useful sequence usually does not.
Audience, offer, positioning and what actually makes somebody care.
A campaign needs a strong hook before it needs a long list of deliverables.
Ads, landing pages, content and supporting creative all work from the same core idea.
Choose the channels that make sense rather than trying to be everywhere for the sake of it.
Use the response to improve the message, creative and conversion path instead of staring at vanity numbers.
The right people noticed. Reach only matters when it reaches someone who could realistically care.
The offer made sense. People understood what was being sold and why it was relevant to them.
The creative earned attention. It looked and sounded like the brand instead of disappearing into the feed.
There was a next step. A campaign should lead somewhere useful: an enquiry, booking, sale, visit or conversation.
